This statistic displays the results of a survey on the reasons to leave an employer in the Netherlands in 2019. The survey results suggest that too few challenges, lack of recognition and limited career opportunities were among the main reasons for leaving an employer in 2019. Close to 50 percent of respondents indicated that they would leave an employer because they were not being challenged, while a further 40 percent of respondents cited lack of recognition as a reason to leave an employer.
