Public opinion on vaccines in Russia in 2019, by age group
As of 2019, the youngest population of Russia aged between 18 and 24 years had the most positive attitude on vaccines as an effective method of protection from infections, with nearly 70 percent supporting this view. The share of respondents sharing the opinion that vaccines were useless was the highest among Russians from 45 to 59 years old. In this age group, more than a quarter of the participants believed that vaccines brought neigher harm nor good.
