U.S. opinions on the responsibility of addressing antibiotic resistance 2019
According to a 2019 survey of U.S. adults, 59 percent reported that the pharmaceutical industry is very responsible for dealing with the antibiotic resistance problem. In comparison, one quarter of respondents reported that the agriculture and farming industry is not at all responsible for addressing to problem. This statistic shows the public opinion on where the responsibility lies for addressing the antibiotic resistance problem in the U.S. in 2019.
