Aspects of good e-commerce websites, according to the young French generation 2019
The survey asked the young French generation aged 15 to 25 about what they thought defined a good e-commerce website or online shopping platform in 2019. Most of the respondents (20 percent) mentioned the presence of a customer opinions section, followed by 15 percent of young people naming the transparency of the site, the products and the brand as a positive aspect. Some had a positive feeling towards a website when it offered a wide range of products, promotions and information (each around 14 percent, respectively).
