AI usage in e-commerce for analysis and competition monitoring in France in 2019
As a new technology in the field of e-commerce, French online retailers are implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) measures into their businesses to improve their online catalogues in 2019. Real time data analysis was stated as paramount by 43 percent of respondents and of average importance by 29 percent. Monitoring the competing sites was regarded as important by 54 percent of retailers and as of weak importance by seven percent.
