Public opinion on Andrzej Duda's presidency in Poland 2020
The majority of Poles (55 percent) positively evaluated the five years of Andrzej Duda's presidency, which ends in 2020. Andrzej Duda was sworn in as president on August 6, 2015, after winning the elections in May 2015. Duda, who was PiS's (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość party) candidate for president in those elections, won both the first round (with the result of 34.76 percent) and the second round (he won 51.55 percent and won against the incumbent president Bronisław Komorowski).
