Share of e-commerce businesses asking for customers' feedback in France in 2020
In order for a business to grow or to improve the customer journey, the source has analyzed if and how many of the most popular e-commerce businesses in France asks their customers for an experience review. Thus, in France in 2020, 57 of the 100 businesses did not ask their customers for feedback, 29 redirected them to a third-party survey platform and 14 percent of them asked for an evaluation to be done on their own website.
