Ghana registered an overall index score of 49.1 in ICT adoption in the 2019 global competitiveness index. As a component of ICT, mobile-cellular telephone subscriptions achieved a score of 100, indicating that there are no obstacles to productivity in that regard. On the other hand, fixed-broadband internet subscriptions attained a score of 0.4, ranking it 126th in the world.
