In 2021, digital experts surveyed in Italy thought the clinical staff in their organizations were moderately trained in the use of consumer-enabled health apps, devices and workflow, giving a mean rating of 5.6 on a scale from one to ten. On the other hand, digital experts surveyed in the UK and Ireland, reported the lowest average score when rating the digital health training of clinical staff.
