Genshin Impact is one of the top-grossing mobile gaming titles worldwide and the recent launch of the game's version 2.1 only solidified the fact. In the seven days after version 2.1 going live, mobile Genshin Impact audiences worldwide spent about 151 million U.S. dollars on in-app purchases. This represents a 387 percent growth compared to the same period of the previous week. The new version included the release of time-limited characters and weapons, as well as new explorable regions.
