Japan: public opinion on the clarity of BOJ explanations 2022

In a survey conducted in Japan in December 2022, close to 19 percent of respondents said they thought the Bank of Japan's explanations to the public were unclear. Just over five percent of respondents found the bank's statements at least somewhat clear.
The Bank of Japan is the central bank of Japan. Its primary function is the issuance and management of banknotes, as well as ensuring price stability and the stability of the financial system.
