South Korea: inter-affiliate transactions of chaebols

In 2021, the volume of internal transactions between affiliates of the ten largest business groups in South Korea amounted to around 156 trillion South Korean won. This represents an increase compared to the previous two years. The Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act regulates unfair internal transactions between subsidiaries of conglomerates.
