Dissatisfaction with COVID-19 treatment services in Tunisia 2021
In a survey conducted in Tunisia in 2021, participants were asked about their reason for finding coronavirus (COVID-19) treatment services dissatisfactory in public hospitals. The most frequently stated reason was the lack of oxygen provided for patients, cited by over 58 percent of respondents. Over half of the participants also gave the shortage of medical staff as a reason for dissatisfaction. Moreover, over 45 percent said hospitals being overcrowded contributed to their discontent with the services.
