Location preference among home buyers in India H1 2023
According to a survey of consumer sentiment conducted in the first half of 2023, the 39 percent of the respondents preferred to buy a house in peripherial areas. Only 10 percent of the respondents wanted to buy a home in the city center, which was the least preferred option. 28 percent of the respondents favored buying a house in a suburban area, which was the second most preferred option.
