Social media integrations on e-commerce sites do not bring increasing average order values, a study from 2022 showed. However, social media integrations combined with other categories of e-commerce integrations proved to be more successful. For instance, online orders worth up to 750 U.S. dollars increased by 22 percent on e-commerce sites with social media and email marketing integrations.
