U.S. power market: Exelon's revenue 2022

Exelon Corporation's operating revenue reached a peak in financial year 2021, surpassing 36.3 billion U.S. dollars. The Chicago-based electric utility announced in 2021 the company's separation into two publicly-traded companies - Exelon Utilities and Constellation Energy Corp. The former will comprise the transmission and distribution business through six utilities while the latter will be the power generation and customer-facing energy businesses. For this reason, the operating revenue of Exelon dropped below 20 billion U.S. dollars in 2022.
