Insurance and pure protection products customer complaints in the UK 2010-2019
The statistic presents the number of complaints to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding the general insurance and pure protection related products in the United Kingdom (UK) between the first half of 2010 and the second half of 2019. In the second half of 2019, the FCA received almost 4.6 million customer complaints about general insurance and pure protection products, which was by far the highest number of complaints received during the period displayed.
