This statistic illustrates the perceived impact of Brexit on future residential construction according to property developers in Ireland in 2017 and 2018. It can be seen that more than one quarter (26 percent) of respondents in 2017, stated that they believed Brexit will have a negative impact on residential construction, however in 2018, 44 percent of respondent believed that Brexit will have a positive impact on residential construction.
