Brookfield Asset Management, the Canadian company which owns Canary Wharf in London, Potsdamer Platz in Berlin as well as being the largest office landlord in both London and downtown Los Angeles, had a market value of 81 billion U.S. dollars in 2022 and ranked highest on the ranking. Despite having the largest market value, Prologis took spot 524.
