This statistic illustrates the share of individuals most worried about climate change in their respective countries in 2020, by country. According to a survey conducted between late December 2019 and early January 2020, 37 percent of respondents in Australia reported being worried about climate change, compared to three percent of respondents in Argentina.

The countries included in the survey were: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, France, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, The Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United States. Around 1,000 people per country participated.
