Attitudes towards the use of AI in e-commerce in France 2019
The statistic represents the opinion French shoppers have about the use of AI in the online retail industry in 2019. Looking at the statistic, 68 percent of French people believe that AI will give the retailors too much influence power, whereas 64 percent argued that it would give the offering parties a better understanding of their needs. The respondents also raised the issue that it could pose a threat to their individual freedom (64 percent).
