Greater China: number of announced M&A deals 2022

In 2022, nearly 11,700 corporate takeover deals with participation of companies from Greater China have been announced. This was an decrease by 8 percent compared to the previous year. The total value of M&A deals with participation of companies from Greater China (including only deals with disclosed deal value figures) amounted to 485.8 billion U.S. dollars in 2022.
