In August 2020, 96 percent of Canadians were satisfied with the level of confidentiality/privacy with which their personal health information was treated during their last virtual visit. Furthermore, 92 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with the quality of the audio and video technology they experienced during their last virtual visit.
