Customer satisfaction scores of UK water companies 2022

Wessex Water and Northumbrian Water had the highest customer satisfaction amongst UK water and wastewater companies in 2022. Results from Ofwat's C-Mex Model showed satisfaction scores above 84 for both Wessex and Northumbrian. The lowest score was for Thames Water, at 68.86.
