Reasons for U.S. consumers for not joining a premium loyalty program 2022
During a February 2022 survey conducted among consumers in the United States, 41 percent of respondents reported expensiveness as a reason for not joining any premium loyalty program. Another 41 percent of the respondents stated they did not see the value of joining such programs. Around one-third of U.S. consumers reported they are open to premium loyalty programs, but their favorite brands do not offer them.
