EVSE ports stand for "Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Ports", most commonly referred to as chargers. They include Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast chargers through 2021. From 2022, the EVSE port volume includes both available and temporarily unavailable Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast EVSE ports.

Data for station locations between 2007 and 2013 is an estimate calculated based on the number of EVSE port in the country during these years.
