Take-up in the industrial and logistics market in Dublin, Ireland, in the second quarter of 2023 increased by 10,000 square meters over the same period the year before. Nevertheless, it remained shy of the levels observed in the third quarter of 2022, when transaction activity, including lettings and sales, hit 162,000 square meters. That was the strongest quarter on record for the Irish industrial and logistics market. In Europe, the Birmingham, Madrid, and Greater Paris were some of the markets with the most warehouse take-up in 2022.
