Institutional-grade modern logistics real estate saw the most increase in enquiries in the first quarter of 2023, according to a survey among industry experts in the Asia-Pacific region. About 43 percent of the respondents reported that the interest towards this asset type had increased compared to the previous quarter. However, in the third quarter of 2022, a higher percentage of respondents reported a growing demand for logistics properties - a sign that the logistics sector loses some of its traction from the previous year.
