Pembroke Power Station in Wales was the highest-emitting power station in the United Kingdom in 2022, based on reported emissions under the UK Emissions Trading System (UK-ETS). The RWE owned Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant reported emissions of 5.3 million metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MtCO₂e) in 2022.
